Whosoever of you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith.
— The Prophet Mohamed (ﷺ)

We offer both pre-scheduled openings to volunteers doing pre-determined tasks as well as opportunities to serve with us on your own terms and at your own pace. Aside from knowing that you will be contributing to CAIR-NY's mission and therefore the betterment of the lives of so many, prospective volunteers of all types can also look forward to gaining invaluable experience and expertise, growing their resume, and receiving rewards through their service.

For high-school and college students looking to volunteer at CAIR-NY, we are able to complete service forms and provide recommendation letters if the opportunity qualifies.
