CAIR-NY Encourages Youth Registration
(NEW YORK, NY, 8/15/19) - On Saturday, August 17, the litigation director of the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, will speak at the APPAC 2019 Annual Youth Conference at St. John’s University in Jamaica, Queens.
The Youth Conference is hosted and organized by the American Pakistani Public Affairs Committee (APPAC). The event is free, but participants must register. Registration is still open.

CAIR-NY’s Litigation Director Ahmed Mohamed will speak in the 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. forum about fighting the hate. Other speakers at the conference include: NYS Senator John Brooks, Emgage Rep. Ahsia Badi, and NYC Deputy Public Advocate Kashif Hussain.
CAIR-NY encourages all interested youth to register for the conference before registration closes.
